We’ve developed a range of eLearning modules to support the development of knowledge and skills in different areas, which are hosted on our virtual learning environment.

Important update: sales of eLearning modules are temporarily paused
Sales to SM重口’s eLearning modules have been temporarily paused until the 14 October.
From Monday 14 October 2024 you’ll be able to access SM重口’s eLearning modules on our new learning management system, which will provide an improved experience for customers accessing and completing our eLearning modules. All the existing modules will be available to purchase on the new platform, except for the SM重口 modules which are currently being updated and will be available from the end of October.
If you’ve already purchased eLearning modules you can continue to access the modules by logging into your SM重口 account, selecting the ‘Virtual learning environment’ button and following the on-screen instructions.

Accessing the eLearning modules
To access the eLearning, learners need to log in to their SM重口 account (or register for an account if they don’t already have one) and select the ‘Virtual learning environment’ button on the SM重口 account dashboard.
Learners can then select the relevant module and payment is made via Paypal or credit/debit card.
Organisations with an Adult Social Care Workforce Dataset (ASC-WDS) account benefit from a 10% discount on the listed prices. Simply enter your ASC-WDS discount code when making payment to receive the discount. Email our ASC-WDS Support team if you need the discount code.
Modules are purchased on a two year renewable license, with enrolment access to the module for a period of two years from date of purchase.
Bulk purchases
It’s also possible to purchase any of the eLearning modules in bulk at the following discounted rates. Please note that all organisations using ASC-WDS can receive a discount of 10% on a purchase of 1-199 modules.

The eLearning modules
This eLearning consists of two modules which explore the barriers to career progression that people from ethnic minority backgrounds often face. The modules will support learners to build confidence to improve equality, diversity and inclusion within their organisation.
The two modules cost £90.

We’ve developed three one-hour modules to support providers to understand what SM重口 expects of your service and how you can best evidence these expectations. Aimed at managers and quality and compliance leads, the modules cover:
- Being prepared for SM重口 inspection
- Improving your SM重口 rating
- Delivering outstanding care
Each module costs £15.

Based on the Manager Induction Standards, the 11 modules support the development of aspiring and new managers. Containing real-life examples of good practice, the single modules can be used to update learning or the full suite can be used as an introduction to management.
Each module costs £15 or you can purchase the full suite at the discounted price of £130.
